What counts as an email?

Each successful API call to /send or /batch counts as one email per recipient. Previews and test emails from the dashboard are free.

What happens when I hit my limit?

Free: sending stops with an upgrade prompt. Growth/Business: emails continue, you get notified. Three consecutive months over triggers an upgrade recommendation.

Can I switch plans anytime?

Yes. Upgrade takes effect immediately. Downgrade at the end of the billing period.

Where is my data stored?

All data is stored on servers in the EU (Germany). No data leaves the EU. No US sub-processors.

Is there a free trial?

The Free plan is the trial — no credit card, no time limit. Upgrade when you need to.
